  • Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, EU and worldwide.

Additional Note:

  1. Prices vary on what country you are located in. For remote areas, the shipping fee can be up to $15.98 USD.
  2. Due to shipping carrier policies, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates for Express Shipping orders.
  • Courier Service Companies

Processing Procedure

All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped out using a fully tracked courier service.

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 15 business days.

  • For pre-ordered or back-ordered items

We will ship a pre-ordered or back-ordered item as fast as we can when the supply is replenished.

  • Shipment Tracking

When an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking information. The shipping information will be updated and sent to you once the package arrives at your local airport (due to system reasons, shipping information is not updated to you immediately during the time).
Still haven’t received your tracking info?
Check your spam folder-it can get stuck in there sometimes.
If you already have a BlissShe login, you can also find your tracking number there.
    Still not seeing it? Don’t worry--just contact our customer team and they will investigate. 
  • Changing Shipping Address

It is suggested for customers to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate. Just in case, there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you want to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@ypooy.com

  • Shipping Notice

Due to the special character of express industry, delays are often inevitable, the shipping time(listed above) is only for reference and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. 
Normally, the seller should not be responsible for address errors or packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
